This Privacy Policy explains what information Primary Care Diagnostics, LLC (“Primary Care Diagnostics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit primarycarediagnostics.com (the “Website”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this Website. It does not cover information we collect offline, such as through purchase agreements, financing applications, or service calls, which are handled under the terms of those arrangements.

When you fill out a form on the Website to request a quote or more information, we collect:
- Your name
- Your practice name
- Your email address
- Your phone number

Information collected automatically
When you use the Website, some information is collected automatically:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, what type of device and browser are used, the general location (city or region) of a visit, and how visitors arrived at the Website. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also record when a form is submitted successfully and when a phone number link on the Website is tapped or clicked, so we can tell which pages lead to inquiries.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and follow up about the products you asked about
- Provide customer service and support
- Understand how the Website is used and improve its content and performance
- Keep the Website secure and prevent spam and misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We may also use your contact information to send you information about our products and services. You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us using the details below.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Website and our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:
- Form processing. A form handling service receives the forms you submit on the Website, delivers them to us by email, and keeps a backup copy.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) provides website analytics.
- Cloudflare hosts the Website and protects it from attacks.
- YouTube (Google LLC) hosts the videos on the Website (see “Embedded videos” below).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. The Website uses:
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to recognize returning browsers and measure visits.
- Session storage on a few password-protected video pages, to remember for the rest of your browser session that you have entered the password.
The Website does not require you to create an account and does not use cookies to sign you in.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Embedded videos
Many pages include YouTube videos. The video player does not load until you click play, and it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once you play a video, YouTube may collect information about your viewing and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track, and the Website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still limit analytics using the opt-out options in the “Cookies and similar technologies” section.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.
How we protect information
The Website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to the information you submit to the people and service providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing communications
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Website links to websites we do not operate, such as published research and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
