Primary Care Diagnostics, LLC is a privately owned company that specializes in diagnostic medical equipment.    The company was founded in Greeneville, TN in 1990 by Tim Shelton. In 1999, Hollye Rider joined the company and became a full partner in 2001 with an office in McKenzie, TN.

We have 50 years of combined experience helping healthcare providers expand their ancillary testing with high quality medical diagnostic equipment.  From solo independent primary care providers to large multi-specialty groups, physicians have received significant increases in revenue by adding valuable diagnostic services to their practices from Primary Care Diagnostics.  We not only sell equipment, but we offer training and education for the technician, the billing department, and the clinical staff.
